Nollywood Yoruba veteran actor, Babatunde Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe, died on Monday, November 22nd, 2021.
The comic actor died at the age of 63 after a protracted illness.
Be that as it may, since the news of his death broke, condolence messages have been pouring in.
Meanwhile, amongst those who have mourned the death of Baba Suwe is none other than former Vice President of Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Atiku took to his Twitter page and wrote; “Babatunde Omidina, aka Baba Suwe, thank you so very much for bringing so much happiness and joy into our homes. May your soul rest in peace.”
For those who don’t know, Baba Suwe was born on August 22, 1958. He was married to a fellow actor and comedienne Omoladun Omidina. Omoladun died in September 2009.
