Popular Night-life king Obinna Iyiegbu aka Obi Cubana who was reportedly arrested last night by the Nigerian anti-graft agency, the Economic Financial Crimes Commission EFCC for crimes of money laundering and tax evasion, has reportedly been released by the EFCC after spending a night in detention.
The EFCC had earlier today confirmed that Obi Cubana was actually in their custody after he was invited for questioning on crimes of tax evasion and also for acting as a money laundering agent.
Obi Cubana has been on almost every page across different news platforms and social media pages since last night when he was arrested.
Obi Cubana’s release was announced on Instagram by a close pal of his, with the name Instigator_Ph, also his release was confirmed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Cubana Groups, Lucky Luciano “Cubana Prime Minister” in a post on his page.
