Five suspected kidnappers and armed robbers have been arrested by Police operatives of the Akwa Ibom State Police Command.
The Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr. Olatoye Durosinmi told Saturday Sun in an interview that the suspects were apprehended after abducting more than ten victims, while also sleeping with their females victims.
He also said the suspects are notorious for seizing their female victims underwear and raking in millions of naira from their families.
One of the suspects identified as Emmanuel Bassey revealed to Sun Newspaper that they don’t usually kill their victims.
According to him, they were arrested on June 27, 2022.
He confessed that they often sleep with their women’s victims and collect their pant which they use for money rituals.
“We do not kill our victims. We only sleep with the women and seize their pants and ATM card to withdraw from POS.” he told Saturday Sun.
