The Fuji Musicians Association of Nigeria (FUMAN), under the able leadership of Alhaji Agboola Sikiru Ayinde (SK Sensation), acknowledges the recent verbal conflicts involving some of our esteemed members within the Fuji music industry.
It should be noted that the National Working Committee have been restless over the matter, running from poll to poll for resolution as the umbrella Association of the music genre.
We note with relief and appreciation the recent matured conciliatory statements made by Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (K1 De Ultimate) where he stated that he’s not fighting any Fuji Artist and pleaded with all aggrieved parties and those standing aloof not to be angry.
In the same vein, King Saheed Osupa, in his own video said there is no more war, saying Fuji is more than a genre of music, that it’s a celebration of our rich cultural heritage. this is however signaling the resolution of differences.
The public declarations of peace are a testament to the maturity and figures expected of icons in the Fuji music scene.
The association commends the humility and understanding displayed by these individuals, particularly in addressing grievances and extending olive branches to one another. This act of reconciliation reflects the values of unity and mutual respect that our association holds dear.
As FUMAN, we wish to reiterate that the Fuji music industry thrives on unity, collaboration, creativity, and the collective efforts of its members. We strongly frown upon any form of feud, be it verbal or physical, as it undermines the harmony and progress of the industry.
We, therefore, use this medium to appeal to all Fuji musicians, supporters, and stakeholders to always prioritize peaceful dialogue and understanding. Conflicts should be addressed in a manner that promotes growth and respect, as our art form is a beacon of cultural pride and inspiration for millions.
In the spirit of this resolution, we urge all members of the Fuji music community to embrace peace and move forward in unity for the development and global recognition of our beloved genre.
Once again, we appreciate the efforts of all parties in ensuring that peace prevails, and we look forward to more collaborations, innovations, and successes in the Fuji music industry.
