A United States based journalist, Jackson Ude has threatened to release a video of Big Brother Naija Season 6 star, Pere Egbi with the wife of the Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello.
Ude made the threat on Sunday June 5, 2022.
1st News had reported that Ude had earlier accused Pere of having an affair with Hajia Rashida Yahaya Bello. He made this known in a tweet posted via his handle on the micro-blogging site, Twitter where he allegedly stated that there was gist around Abuja that the BBNaija star and Mrs. Bello, wife were in an amorous affair.
“Why is #BBNaija Pere Egbi all over the place with Kogi First Lady, Rashida Bello? Gist around Abuja says that they are lovers. Egbi and Mrs Bello are said to have been sighted severally at the Hilton Hotel,’’ Ude had tweeted.
However, reacting to the allegation on Tuesday, however, Pere had denied the claims. Specifically, the ex-BBNaija housemate had taken to his verified Twitter handle where he debunked the allegations; threatening to drag his accuser to court in Nigeria and the US.
‘‘For the records, the publication about me and the First Lady of Kogi State is a demonic lie and a figment of a diseased imagination of Jackson Ude and those retweeting that rubbish. They must answer me in court both in Nigeria and in the United States of America where he is based.”
But 1st News reports that Ude has now threatened to expose Pere.
In a swift riposte to the ex-BBNaija housemate’s threat to sue, Ude has dared Pere to mention his name once again and he would make public videos of him (Pere) and the Kogi State Governor’s wife.
‘‘Who the hell is #BBNaija Pere Egbi? They better advise him to keep quiet. If I hear or see my name on his mention again, I will release the video and damn it. I deleted earlier tweet because senior officials pleaded. But if he wants to flex muscles with me, try me!’’
