Silversport Nigeria Limited has officially announced the launch of the Sunday Igboho Super Cup, a landmark grassroots football competition set to transform talent discovery and youth development in Oyo State and across Yorubaland.
The initiative follows a strategic engagement with Sunday Adeyemo Igboho, who has given full approval and support for the tournament. His endorsement adds strong cultural significance and community backing to what is expected to become one of the most impactful football programs in the region.

The Sunday Igboho Super Cup is designed as a large-scale football development project aimed at identifying, nurturing, and promoting young football talents across Oyo State.
To ensure broad participation and effective organization, the state has been divided into five football zones:
• Ibadan
• Ogbomosho
• Oyo
• Oke-Ogun
• Ibarapa
Football clubs, academies, and teams across these zones are invited to register and compete within their respective regions.

Beyond competition, the Super Cup serves as a strategic screening platform for the prestigious Oduduwa Football Tournament.
Outstanding players discovered during the competition will be selected from each zone and assembled to represent Oyo State at the upcoming Oduduwa Football Tournament — a major regional championship showcasing top talents from across the South-West.
