The 57th AFOTAMODI DAY 0:01 is set to take place on Saturday, 14th November 2026, in Isara Remo, bringing together traditional leadership, cultural stakeholders, dignitaries and music lovers for a celebration centred on heritage, culture and community development.

The annual celebration, presented by the Afotamodi Isara Remo Planning Committee, will be hosted in honour of His Royal Highness, Alaiyeluwa Oba Peter Oluwole Ogunbayo (Otete III), Odemo of Isara Remo.

With the theme “Preserving Our Heritage and Restoring Our Glory,” this year’s edition will place particular emphasis on the restoration of the historic Aafin Odemo, with a ₦600 million fundraising initiative announced for the reconstruction of the palace.

Beyond the cultural significance of the occasion, the fundraising effort is expected to serve as a major community-driven project aimed at preserving an important symbol of Isara Remo’s traditional heritage for future generations.

Adding entertainment to the celebration will be a distinguished line-up of Nigerian music and gospel personalities. The Artistes of the Day include Fuji heavyweight K1 de Ultimate, celebrated Fuji musician Alhaji Wasiu Alabi Pasuma (Oganla Pasuma Wonder), and renowned gospel singer Evangelist (Dr.) Lanre Teriba (Atorise).

The 57th AFOTAMODI DAY 0:01 therefore promises a blend of tradition, cultural celebration, music and collective community responsibility, while drawing attention to the importance of preserving the heritage and historical institutions of Isara Remo.
