Vice President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo and presidential aspirant has donated N250,000 to each of the All Progressive Congress (APC) delegate in Oyo State.
The VP made this donation on Friday in Ibadan during a consultation visit to the APC stakeholders in the state.
In several photos shared online by members of the APC in the state, the huge cash could be seen in the package that was distributed by the Osinbajo campaign team.
Osinbajo had before the meeting, visited Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Lekan Balogun, who prayed for him that he will succeed president Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
It is unknown as at the time of filing this report, the amount of money the Vice President donated to Ibadan monarch.
The donation is coming in preparation for the APC presidential primaries slated for June, 2022.
