Founded on August 25, 2024, and owned and established by popular Islamic singer Alhaja Azeezat Otibiya Reign, Elite World Event & More Culinary School is building a growing presence in Abule Egba, Lagos, through practical culinary training and skills development.
Since its establishment, the school says it has graduated more than 100 students, giving aspiring culinary professionals an opportunity to develop practical skills that can be applied in catering, hospitality, food businesses and related areas.
The school’s growth has also been supported by individuals who have contributed towards making training accessible to more students.
Among those recognised by the school are Sheikh Bukhariy HAMOD Almuktar, Founder of Muh Rossululah Global Family; Alhaji Sulaimon Alao Malaika (KS1), who sponsored 25 students; Alhaji Abdulafees Abiodun Saoty Arewa, who supported 10 students; and Alhaji Mojeed Yussuf of Al Yussuf International.
The support received so far highlights the role that individuals, philanthropists and community stakeholders can play in expanding access to practical skills and creating opportunities for aspiring professionals.
Located at No. 6, Wamon Taofeeq Street, behind Zenith ATM Gallery, Abule Egba, Lagos, Elite World Event & More Culinary School serves students within the community and surrounding areas.
While still a relatively young institution, its reported milestone of more than 100 graduates reflects an early commitment to culinary skills development and empowerment.
For its students, the objective goes beyond learning how to prepare food. Culinary training can provide a foundation for careers in catering and hospitality, as well as opportunities to establish independent food businesses and build sustainable livelihoods.
As Elite World Event & More Culinary School continues to grow, greater support from individuals, organisations, community leaders and other stakeholders could help expand the opportunities available to more aspiring culinary professionals.
