Abiodun was said to have left Oke-Mosan ,the seat of power for the United Kingdom from where he went to visit the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress , Bola Tinubu.
Newsmen gathered that contrary to the requirement of the constitution which empowers deputy governor to take charge from the governor in his or her absence , the governor reportedly handed over to Talabi and ignored his deputy.
The governor’s action reportedly infuriated Salako-Oyedele who hurriedly took a trip to London until further notice.
Newsmen further gathered that the deputy took the decision to avoid allowing the matter to degenerate into a full blown crisis.
Earlier, the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Olakunle Oluomo had also left the state to attend a conference in the United States of America.
