Notable music star Dr Rotimi Onimole Oba Ara has sent a condolence message to the family of late hip-hop singer Mohbad.
In his message, the Lagos born multiple award winning singer said, As a father, I’m devastated with the passing away of Mohbad, up till this moment, his death still looks like a dream to me and it’s a colossal loss to us all.
Mohbad is a promising young lad, full of talent and embodiment of humility.
As a singer and a songwriter, I always see wisdom and lots of messages in his songs lyrics.
Personally, I’m extremely pained and wished it’s just a mere dream, but it’s so unfortunate his life was cut short at this time #justiceformohbad.
It saddens my heart to sympathize with his immediate family, his industry friends, and loved ones. We have lost a gem. May God grant him everlasting rest
