2) 1059 Units of 2Bedroom bungalows of low income housing Units at Abraham Adesanya Estate Aja. (The first phase was commissioned, year 2000.

4) 114 Duplexes, high income units at Oba Adeyinka Oyekan 11 Estate Lekki. ( completed and commissioned, 12th Sep. 2003)

5) 163 Units of 2-bedroom low income housing at Ayanghuru Phase 11, Ikorodu. (commissioned, 28th of June, 2001)

6) 20 Units of Town Houses and 32 Units of 8 inl, 3bedroom flats at Gbagada Medium Housing Sheme 1.

7)56 Units of 8 in 1,3 bedroom flats at Awolowo – Odofin Medium Housing schemes.

8) 1101 Units of 8 in 1, 3 bedroom flats at Abraham Adesanya Phase 11. (commissioned, 2007).

9) 60 Units of 8 in 1, 3 bedroom flats at Ikeja.

10) 640 Units comprising 1,2 and 3 bedroom liow income flats at Ojokoro Millennium Housing Sheme.

11) 204 Units of 12 in 1 two bedroom low income flats at Shashal.

12) 96 Units of 12 in 1 two bedroom low income flats at Alagba.

13) 88 Units, comprising detached / semi detached and terrace houses at Lekki 11 (High income).

14) 300 Units of 2 in 1 two bedroom bungalows at Oke Eletu (Low income). (commissioned, 2007)

15) 138 Units of 2 in 1 two bedroom flats at Oko Oba.

16) 200 Units of 2 bedroom bungalows at Ewu Elepe (Low income) PPP.

17) 24 Units of 4 bedroom maisonette at Ilupeju PP (High income).

18) Note: A total of N22,4936b was committed btw 1999 to 2007.

PRIVATE SECTOR PARTICIPATION (PSP):
Asiwaju via PSP developed the following sites:

19) 201 units of two bedroom flats, Ewu Elepe.

20) 18 units of detached houses at Ewu Elepe.

21) 36 units of four bedroom Terrace Houses at Ikeja Phase 11, Ikeja GRA.

22) 26 units of Terrace Houses at Ilupeju.

23) 704 units of 8 in 1 three bedroom flats at Ajah.

ASIWAJU AND TEACHING HOSPITALS / TERTIARY HEALTH SERVICES:

Note: Prior to his (ASIWAJU) assumption into the office of governor in Lagos State in 1999, he constituted a “Transition Working Group” to look into the health situation in the state.

Some of those which constitute a model list of achievements in ASIWAJU’s dispensation in first quater include:

1) Control of HIV / AIDS primarily via the Lagos State AIDS Control Agency (LSACA)

2) Roll Back Maleria Programme – Free Maleria treatment, distribution of ITNs etc.

3) National Programme on Immunization

4) School health Programme

5) Control of Tuberculosis DOTS regimen.

6) Hospital based 24 hours free emergency services (LASEMS)

7) Pre hospital ambulance service accessed from the 123 emergency hot lines (LASAMBUS)

8) Marine Rescue Unit.

9) Drug Quality Control Laboratory.

10) Task Force on Counterfeit, Fake drugs and Unwholesome Processed Foods.

11) Private Hospital Registration Authority

12) Free Health Programme

13) Blindness prevention Programme

14) State Environmental health monitoring Unit

15) Rural health ambulance boat Service.

16) Drug Manufacturing Unit.

17) Continuing Medical Examination Programme.

18) Completion of the abandoned hospital projects at Akodo and Igando.

19) The Eye Clinic, LASUTH.

20) Rehabilitation of two blocks at the Lagos Island Maternity Hospital.

21) Initial Phase of the LASUTH developmental projects.

ASIWAJU AND PRIMARY HEALTH SERVICES:
1) As governor of Lagos State, he provided free healthcare services including free ante-natal care for women, free eye treatments and free glasses, popularly called ‘JIGI BOLA’. (1999 – 2007)

2) At 68th birthday, March 29, 2020, Ashiwaju Bola Hamed Tinubu donated 200 million Naira to both NCDC and Lagos State government to aid fight against corrona virus.

IF THIS FEAT WAS ACHIEVABLE FOR ASHIWAJU BOLA AMED TINUBU IN A TIME FRAME OF EIGHT (8) YEARS IN OFFICE AS A GOVERNOR OF LAGOS STATE WITHOUT FEDERAL ALLOCATION (WITHOUT MINCING WORDS), HIS CREATIVE WIT CUM POLITICAL WILL MUST SALVAGE NIGERIA.
