…..Grace Nation Senior Pastor Loses Dad, Pa Stephen Okafor
Information reaching us confirms that the Senior Pastor of Grace Nation Global, The Generational Prophet, Dr. Chris Okafor, is bereaved following the passing of his father, Pa Stephen Okafor.
Dr. Okafor broke the sad news at the end of the special Thanksgiving Service for the Grace Nation Global Women of Wonders 2026 Convention held in Lagos.
He announced that his father passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2026. The Man of God became emotional as he informed the congregation of the loss and called on Grace Nation faithful worldwide to uphold the family in prayers during this difficult period.
“Please remember my family in your prayers. We have lost our patriarch, but we know God is with us,” Dr. Okafor said.
According to the cleric, burial arrangements will be communicated at the appropriate time.
Pa Stephen Okafor was described by many as a loving father, a pillar of support, and a man who raised a son that has become a blessing to millions across the globe through the ministry of Grace Nation.
We pray that God grants the Okafor family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss, and that the soul of Pa Stephen Okafor finds eternal rest in the Lord.
