The National Broadcasting Commission, Wednesday, fined Multichoice Nigeria Limited, owners of DSTV, TelCom Satellite Limited (TSTV); NTA- Startimes Limited Five Million Naira (N5,000,000.00) each for publishing the documentary by the BBC Africa Eye titled, “Bandit Warlords of Zamfara”.
The regulator said in a statement that the content glorifies the activities of Bandits and undermines National Security in NigeWria.
