Five years after the demise of AK MEDIA Concepts, founder, Chief Benson Akintola Akindeju, the Content production company is out to celebrate the continual growth of the organization with more vibrant content showing across Nigeria, Africa,` and the world at large.

 

According to a statement signed by the MD/CEO, Mrs. Yosola Akindeju-Asekun, she said, “We want to say a big thank you to God Almighty who has made the company grow exceedingly well, after the sudden departure of the dreamer of its existence. The Legacy, our late founder left has grown well, and all we can say today is thank you Father for keeping the flag flying.”

 

Yosola, who took over even before the death of Chief Benson Akindeju, a socialite-cum-Philantropist, was the first child and her contributions towards the growth of the company remain noticeable.

 

The London-trained marketer said, “We have been able to put most of his dreams into reality, by putting AK Media’s content at the forefront among other productions in Nigeria and beyond.

“To all our media partners for the unwavering support they have continued to give us consistently, we want to use this medium to appreciate them and seek more support as we will continue to work harder to sustain the good work Asiwaju Benson Akindeju, my dear father left behind.

 

Benson Akindeju, also known as Big Soul, died five years ago after a brief illness, and the family has continued with his business as the company transcends more in greatness.

 

Asiwaju Benson Akintola Akindeju founded AK Media Concepts Ltd, a content production company in 2005, with the following family programs to its name; Family Ties, A Thorn in the Flesh, Nowhere To Be Found, Face2Face, a comedy series, Oyinmomo, a Yoruba Tv talk show, Liberty Villa, and others.

 

The MD/CEO of the company, Yosola Akindeju-Asekun, who took over after the demise of her late dad, has been on the wheel steering it to an enviable height with more contents from the stable of AK Media upon her ascension as the new head of the business venture.

 

In the last five years, other content that the company has produced are the following, MOLEBI, rebranded Face2Face, OYINMOMO rebranded, Extra Mile, and also we have new content coming up soon; City Bursters, which will be on YouTube space while the company’s content has continued to wax stronger on terrestrial stations across Nigeria and beyond.

 

Reflecting on the good memories of the Late Content Production Guru, she said, He’s a great dad, whose life and time have made things more possible for us than we expected.” She said.
