Graciously bound by his acute blend of the Hip-Hop genre and his native Igbo-infused phrases, the Abia-born Eastside Nigerian Afrobeat recording artiste, Yatokaze (real name, Kelechi Ikechukwu) comes through with a three-track extended play, a project which tells the story of a male child who has scrambled his way through the ranks as he superimposes himself on to the Nigerian music scene to showcase his craftsmanship as a rapper; “Eastern Bull” is a body of work which see production credits going to Jad O and Endee, with mixing and mastering accredited to NastyMix.

Recalling his first project, “Go Hard or Go Home,” which garnered due attention and audience from the West, Yatokaze relocated to Lagos in pursuance of his music career; taking a count at a Budweiser Rap Battle where he got the attention of judges and crowd alike, he did go on to meet Dapo Tuburna and enlists his services on the lead single off the “Eastern Bull” project; titled “Icheoku,” both artiste bring a subtle delicacy on board in style and delivery and further secure their prowess with a Cxrxvxn-directed visual which brings to life the entirety of the song – listen up, watch and share your thoughts. | ENJOY
